In the previous lesson, we talked about how to remove the damaged stator windings of three-phase asynchronous motors. This time, Dalan Motor Xiaobian has arranged the winding rules for everyone to learn and share.

First, clearing

After the stator windings are dismantled, the clearance work should be carried out to clean up the remaining insulators in the Stator Core slots. The saw blade can be made into a clear slot saw or a blade that is sharpened on one end can be used to remove the remaining insulation, and the slot can be blown clean with compressed air or a tiger skin.

Second, winding around the coil

Winding coils

The key to making the winding die is to determine the size of the die core. If the size of the die core is not properly selected, it may cause difficulties in inserting the wire, or even insert the wire. If it is too large, the copper lead wire is wasted and the coil ends are crossed. Long and collided with the core or end cap. Therefore, the core size must be correctly determined.

Third, the winding of the coil

The coils of the stator windings of the small three-phase asynchronous motor are wound on the winding machine by a winding die, which is usually wound by a pole group and finally connected. For a three-phase asynchronous motor with small power, since the size of the stator winding is small and the wire diameter is also small, it can be wound on a hand-type winding machine.

Fourth, the rule

The first slot should be correctly selected. In theory, because the stator core of the motor is circular, it may be determined which slot is used as the first slot. However, in practice, if the first slot is not properly set, it will cause the six leads to be drawn after the completion of the next line. The outlet is too far away, wasting copper wires and insulating bushings.

Fifth, shaping

Firstly, it should be checked whether the interphase insulating material of the mating phase of the two phases of the windings is intact, and then the two ends of the winding are shaped. The wood mat can be used at the end of the winding and tapped gently with a wooden hammer. The purpose is to arrange the ends orderly, neatly and beautifully, which is conducive to ventilation and heat dissipation.

Six, wiring

The lead end of each coil group is connected into a phase winding according to the figure. After the three-phase windings are all connected, there are six outlet ends U1, U2, V1, V2, W1, and W2. Six lead wires lead out from the outlet hole and connect to the junction box on the base.

Seven, test

(1) Test of three-phase winding connection Test whether the connection of three-phase winding is correct and whether the number of magnetic poles is correct.

Eight, dipping and drying

The purpose of the impregnation treatment is to increase the insulation strength, heat resistance, moisture resistance and heat dissipation capacity of the windings. After the windings are impregnated with paint, the drying treatment is performed. The purpose of the drying is to volatilize the solvents and moisture in the paint. The winding surface forms a relatively strong paint film.
