The stator lead-out line is a problem that every motor will involve. There are a lot of details that need to be controlled. If you are not careful, it may cause a catastrophic failure of the motor. (1) Conductor cross section and diameter control

In the product design process, not only the conformity of the lead cross-section should be considered, but also the operability of the motor production and processing process should be fully considered, and there should be no big mistakes in the wiring link.

(2) The lead wire is connected to the wire with a weak solder or a missing wire

This problem should be noted when the stator has a lot of heads. For the purpose of ensuring the reliability of the welding, the final welding effect will be improved by argon arc welding, medium frequency welding, etc., but the effect of the paint on the wire welding head will be greatly reduced, or the effect will be greatly reduced; Process, and the matching relationship between the pipe diameter and the core is not easy to grasp, and the reliability of the connection is still highly volatile.

The dip coating process greatly improves the insulation level of the motor, but the lead wire cores are also filled with lacquer, which leads to the lead wire being hard and has no flexibility. The lead wire is difficult to be connected, the wire core is broken, and the insulation crack is frequent.

The material of the terminal must meet the design requirements. Otherwise, the inferior joint will cause the terminal to break during the cold pressing process and the later wiring.

If the lead wire outlet has a casting flash, a sharp edge of the junction box, etc., it will lead to electrical failure caused by damage to the wire during the lead-out process and when it is put into operation.

(6) Protection and fixing of leads

During the manufacturing process, the protection of the lead wire during the operation of the motor should be fully considered. Appropriate fixing measures should be taken according to the actual condition of the lead wire to prevent the insulation damage caused by the vibration of the lead wire and the repeated friction of the related components.
