The rotors are stacked from mutually insulated silicon steel sheets and are the magnetic circuit portions of the motor.
The main causes of faults in the Stator And Rotor Core are as follows:
(1) The bearing is used for a long time, excessive wear, causing the stator and rotor to rub, causing damage to the surface of the core, which in turn causes short circuit between the silicon steel sheets, and the iron loss of the motor increases, so that the temperature rise of the motor is too high. Remove the burrs, eliminate the silicon steel sheet short circuit, clean it, apply the insulating paint, and heat and dry.
(2) When the old winding is removed, the force is too large, so that the inverted groove is opened obliquely outward. At this time, the tools such as needle-nosed pliers and wooden hoes are used for dressing to reset the gullets, and a hard insulating material such as green paper or rubber wood is added between the cracked silicon steel sheets which are difficult to reset.
(3) The surface of the core is rusted due to moisture, etc., at this time, it needs to be sanded and cleaned, and then coated with insulating varnish.
(4) The core or the tooth is burned due to the grounding of the winding. The deposit can be removed by a tool such as a chisel or a scraper, and dried with an insulating varnish.
(5) The fixed looseness between the core and the base can be re-fixed. If the positioning screw is damaged, re-position and tighten the set screw.
