Use a phenolic cloth board to form an inverted ladder shape with a narrow cross-sectional area and a saw to the desired length. 3. Gently push the wedge made of phenolic cloth into the groove. 4. Brush the overhauled parts with insulating paint. The method of processing the insulation of the coil end and the end banding is poor: 1. The end wear of the coil is mainly the wear of the contact part of the end coil and the retainer, and the old insulation of the wear is removed, and the F-grade Tongma epoxy powder mica is used. The belt is banded with 8 layers, and then 1/2 layer is wrapped with a 0.05 mm thick polytetrafluoroethylene film. 2. A 3mm thick polyester felt is placed between the end coil and the retainer. 3. Secure with a glass ribbon. 4. Dip the paint after tying and blow dry with hot air. There is no significant deformation near the copper strip fracture, and there is no necking that occurs when the plastic material is broken. The method of checking the break point is as follows: 1. Decompose the motor to extract the rotor. 2. Tap the copper bar with a hammer and check the appearance by carefully checking the appearance. 3. Use a polishing machine or a triangular tamper to make a groove at the break of the copper strip. 4. Protect the core with refractory material to prevent it from being burnt by fire. 5. Weld the groove with brazing and weld it to the surface above the groove. 6, 锉 flat welding boundary, and then sand welding interface. 7. Strengthen the insulation, apply the insulating varnish, and blow dry with hot air. 8. Remove the refractory material and inspect the remaining material and then purge the rotor with high pressure air. 9.
