1. Performance characteristics of fixed rotor core

The fixed rotor iron core is a commonly used anti-interference component in electronic circuits, which has a good effect on suppressing high-frequency noise, and is generally made of ferrite materials. 1. Low initial coercivity and high initial permeability: can reduce the operating current of the leakage switch.

3. High magnetic permeability of the fixed rotor core of the motor: greatly improve the accuracy of the transformer and reduce the ratio difference.

4. Light weight and low cost: the price is significantly better than permalloy.

5. It has good anti-overload ability and good temperature stability: it can work for a long time at 55-130 ℃.

Second, the factors affecting the layout of the fixed rotor core

(1) Product structure. It is the most important factor affecting layout. Generally include: ①The shape, size and accuracy requirements of the stator, rotor, and sub-stator; ②The rotor needs to be loose or iron core, which will affect the design of the forming process and the blanking process; The position of the torsion mechanism needs to be considered, and empty stations may need to be added during nesting.

(2) Layout type. Single-row, double-row and three-row are usually used for layout, and the rate of material utilization is a main criterion for selection.

(3) Mold structure factors. For products that need to be twisted and riveted, the space of the twisting mechanism must be considered, and often empty stations need to be added.

(4) Customer's special requirements. Mainly based on the requirements of customers according to their own production situation. For example, in order to reduce costs, when the thickness of the silicon steel sheet material used for punching has a thickness uniformity error, it is usually required to perform 180 large rotations during the stacking riveting process to ensure the iron core height tolerance, which will affect the layout.
